Vicki Hill assumed her role as vice president, Clinical and Interventional Services, UW Health American Center in June 2014.
Vicki provides overall administration, direction, coordination and evaluation of the operational, financial, space, and human resource functions and activities for the following areas: universal care services, perioperative services, overnight care services, and ambulatory care services. Vicki ensures these areas are integrated into our overall strategic goals and support UW Health at The American Center’s mission of patient- and family-centered care, education, research and community service.
Most recently, Vicki was director of Radiology Services for UW Hospital and Clinics. In that role, Vicki was responsible for the overall administration, direction, coordination, strategic planning and leadership of imaging at nine locations. She participated in the completion of strategic planning, resulting in the addition of two new imaging locations, and served on a number of multidisciplinary and organization committees, representing general leadership opinion and specifics related to imaging and technology.
Prior to joining UW Hospital and Clinics in 2011, Vicki served as associate director for the Department of Radiology, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, and before that she was at UW Hospital and Clinics for 18 years as director, Electronic Health Record Implementation; director, Inpatient Rehabilitation; and director, Speech Pathology and Swallowing Disorders Department.
Vicki received her bachelor of science in communicative disorders and her master of business administration degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and completed a master of science in speech and language pathology from Marquette University.
