Nancy is Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for QuadMed, the health and wellness subsidiary of Quad, a marketing solutions partner with headquarters in Sussex, Wisconsin, and locations on four continents. In her role, Nancy is responsible for all HR strategy and delivery, and business solutioning.

Nancy has more than 30 years Human Resources experience and built her career around one clear focus: helping people, a company’s most important asset. She joined Quad (formerly Quad/Graphics) in 1986, helping serve company’s rapidly growing employee based, which has expanded from approximately 2,000 employees when she started to more than 22,000 employees worldwide today. Because of her talent and vision, she was promoted into management in 1994, named Executive Director of Human Resources in 2009, Vice President of Human Resources in 2013, Vice President of Employee Experience in 2017 and Vice President of Human Resources for QuadMed in 2018.

Throughout her career at Quad, Nancy has worked to align Human Resources strategy and service delivery with the evolving needs of the business. At Quad, this has included driving transformational change within the HR organization to deliver services – including, but not limited to Recruiting and Onboarding, Training and Development, Engagement and Total Rewards – in the most effective way possible. Most recently, she directed the 2018 implementation of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management technology.

Nancy, a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management, has Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification and holds an Associate’s Degree in business from Waukesha County (Wis.) Technical College. She is a member of the board of directors of the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee.
