HMMC shall be composed of national marketing executives directly employed by manufacturers primarily engaged in the manufacturing of healthcare products sold through traditional methods of healthcare distribution. Membership shall be limited to approximately one hundred fifty (150) members in order to maintain a basic concept of roundtable discussion on an effective basis.

Memberships may be granted to individuals or to companies. If a membership is a company or subsidiary membership, they may appoint a member or members, as long as they meet the membership qualifications. Companies or subsidiaries with more than one national marketing job will be allowed to have more than one member, but not more than three. Corporations will be limited to a total of five members unless the Board of Governors grants an exception for good business reasons. Eligibility for a new membership shall be based upon:

The individual’s national marketing or sales responsibilities within his/her company, division or subsidiary.

His/her ability to contribute.

The perception that he/she will conduct themselves for the good of the industry and HMMC, and will not solicit business during HMMC conferences.
