To say the healthcare marketplace and our customers (hospitals and IDNs) are experiencing change would be the understatement of the century.  A short list of current marketplace forces include value based payments, merger mania, human factors integration, consumerism, big data, patient experience, “anywhere care,” patient and care giver safety, and the continued expectation of a low price. In this session Dr. Naas will explore how our customers are attempting to deal with this change and how we can best deal with the current and future uncertainty.   A surgeon and physician leader in clinical, administrative and governance leadership in such organizations as Aspen Medical Group, Allina Health and VHA, Peggy will share her very insightful perspective that we will all benefit from hearing.
